Professional history: Kate started working for the Cambridge Building Society in 1998 and qualified as a mortgage adviser, gaining 10 years of experience across the branch network. To enhance my knowledge I also spent a year working in the Mortgage Administration department.
Kate changed direction to fit around raising a family, first as part of the management team at The Horseshoe Inn, Offord D'arcy before moving on to become the Senior Finance Officer at Longsands Academy.

Personal synopsis: Kate considers herself to be particularly friendly and loves nothing more than spending time with friends and family. A 'yes' type of person so anything goes, from theatre, restaurants and cocktails to weekends away, escape rooms and spas. Known to climb mountains and mess about in boats, Kate does not spend an awful lot of time at home but when she does, Kate can rustle up a decent meal and play a mean game of Scrabble.
